1. Information we collect

We collect the information you enter in the contact form: your first and last name, your phone number, your email address, your company name, your business and your target area. If you provide them, we also receive your CRM or booking software, your target number of new clients, whether you already advertise online, your agreement to be contacted on WhatsApp and your message. We record the date of the request and the page it was sent from.

We don't ask for your location and we don't track your browsing. Like any web server, our hosting provider keeps technical logs (including IP addresses) to keep the website secure.

2. How we use it

We use this information to get back to you about your request, by email, by phone, or on WhatsApp if you agreed to it, and to prepare our conversation. This processing is based on your request to be contacted.

3. Sharing

Your requests reach us by email and are stored on our server, hosted by Hostinger. We don't sell your information and we don't share it with third parties.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it takes to handle your request and, if we work together, for the duration of our relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it or stop being contacted. Write to us through the contact form or call +359 89 481 1003.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country (the CNIL in France) or with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

6. Cookies

The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Some illustrations are loaded from Unsplash, which receives the visitor's IP address in order to display them.

7. Security

We take the necessary measures to protect the information we collect: the website is served over HTTPS, requests are stored outside the public part of the server, and access is limited to the people who need it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may change this privacy policy at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
